I have chosen you as my preferred bank 2 years ago for several reasons. The online banking option was one of them. You have changed the layout of your website quite a while ago. I appreciate it very much, since you really improved the look and feel of your website.
But was is not understandable, why you still don't have a English version of it. It feels like ages ago that you changed the website, but since that day I read that you are working on the English version of it. I don't believe that I am the only person who would appreciate a translation of the entire website. I can't believe that you are not able to manage that.
My question: Are you really still working on it or are you just pretending the ongoing work by providing that useless message, hoping that nobody cares? If you are not able to translate your website properly within 2 months - when did you launch the new website? 10 months ago, even before? - honestly, then better leave it.
Please provide me/us with a proper answer, no fake explanations. Provide me/us with a specific date until when you website can be shown in English.
